Must Do Things as a first-time visitor to Mexico City
If this is the first time you are visiting Mexico City, let me list for you some of the Things, Tours, and Sightseeing locations that you cannot miss. I would say that in this upcoming list, I will mention some of the most iconic landmarks and historic places in Mexico City.
1) The Pyramids at Teotihuacan: This is a half-day trip since it's a one-hour drive from Mexico City, be sure to check the Avenue of the Dead, The Pyramid of the Moon, and the Sun.
2) The Chapultepec Castle: This castle is located at the top of the hill of Chapultepec with a lot of history about Mexico. You can wander around the great halls of the Castle and the view is Spectacular.
3) The Anthropology Museum: This is the Biggest Museum in Mexico City and is right next to the Chapultepec Castle. You can actually make a full day trip visiting both attractions and what I recommend the most to my readers. The Amazing Water Fountain at the entrance of the museum is spectacular.
4) Frida Kahlo Museum: Get to know the house where Frida Kahlo and her husband Diego Rivera used to live. This is perhaps the hottest and hardest to get a ticket to this particular museum in all of Mexico. The reason I say this is because you have to book online at least 2 weeks in advance. You have to consider that Tickets are not sold in the museum and not many people know about this being disappointed in not being able to get in.
5) Xochimilco Boat Ride: The Xochimilco Boat Ride is located in the South Part of Mexico City and is an amazing experience to do with a group of friends and explore the famous Xochimilco Canals. I call this The Mexican Gondolas.
Be sure to explore the Isla de las Muñecas (A creepy island with hundreds of dolls) and enjoy the music of the mariachis playing throughout the canals. There are multiple tour options for Xochimilco and is one of the things I recommend the most, this experience is better making it with a lot of people to create a Mexican party vibe which is part of the Fun of visiting Xochimilco.

Then, on June 13, 1963, it transformed into the iconic San Angel Inn Restaurant while preserving its beautiful gardens and historic architecture.
The Main Dining Room is elegant, the Veranda lets you dine outdoors, and the Gastronome Room offers a cozy atmosphere.
The menu is a tribute to various regions of Mexico, featuring iconic dishes like Tortilla Soup, Chile en Nogada, and Steak Tips in Salsa Morita. For dessert, don't miss the delightful Crepas de Cajeta.
