The Travel Store Shipping Information


When you place an order in our Travel Store, we require 1 to 3 working days on average to fulfill and dispatch it. We work with small but reliable vendors from all over the world but mainly from the USA and Europe. Estimated delivery time is therefore between 5 to 7 business days on average! For instance, if you live in the USA, our USA Warehouse will deliver your order in 3 to 5 business days.

Sometimes things can have an impact on your delivery times

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays and if high pressure and volume in orders, you might experience a few days delay. Due to the nature of the shipping business, all shipping times are estimated guidelines and no guarantee. Delays now and then are inevitable. However, if we get signals that any order may be delayed we will contact you via email or a call from our customer service. We will always work towards a smoother user experience for you as a customer in our Travel Store at Food and Travel Guides.

Back-ordered items

If your order contains more than one item and any item is back-ordered, we will ship the items we have available immediately and ship the remaining items that are back-ordered as soon as we have them in-store. Don’t worry, we do everything we can to make sure you will receive your other items shortly after your first delivery.

Tracking your order

We’ll send you a tracking number with instructions on how to track your order in an email or by text message when your order is shipped. Please note it can take a day or two before your tracking ID is sent or traffic information is shown in searches.

Lost or stolen orders

Our Travel Store carrier is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping.

Wrong address disclaimer

It’s your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address so please make sure it's correct before you check out in our Travel Store. If you think you’ve provided an incorrect address anyway, please contact our customer service at once and we’ll do our very best to the proceeding and deliver correctly.

Return Policy and Refunds

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and items on sale are not refundable. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Otherwise, returns are paid by you as a buyer.
